We surveyed the five neuroethics inquiries for neuroscientists proposed at the 2017 Global Neuroethics Summit with regards to conventional Chinese culture and compared the tradition of Confucianism with contemporary reasoning. In this paper, we sum up moral issues more pertinent to the Brain Project and clarify our arrangements for address them.
